Funny, I thought I said something here. . .

Stupid computers. Ah well. I thought it was funny at least (the spoiler shirt and my comment, to be egotistical) but too late now. :)

I need something funny - try to remember! :)

Hmm.

I was kvetching, I believe, about all the endings to the films I'd spent money on being ruined.

Oh, and a snarky observation that it was more like 900 who died an Thermopylae; the Spartans had between 300 to 600 slaves and hairdressers (really. The boys liked to be pretty for death) with them in the last stand.

Motto of the Spartan army?

Never leave your buddy's behind. . .

At the risk of being too offensive. . .

While I haven't seen 300 yet, I plan too. But, the absolute best commentary online I saw about it was this, which became seared into my mind like it was engraved with red hot pokers, "By th 85th minute, I went down on the guy next to me. By then, it just seemed natural." Written by a guy, of course. :)

LOL! Awesome!

I probably will see it too, but it doesn't really bother me to know the outcome on this one. I'm thinking it doesn't really have the same impact as knowing about the ghost, ya know?

Well. . . and the battle of Thermoplyae is a fairly well know historical event. . . The basic plot is kind of apparent from the get go.

To really freak friends and family out, try mixing up the bombastic lines (all in the previews, so no spoilers I don't think) with anticlimatic come downs.

/obvious to anyone who read fark. . .
